Melano S Series (CBR)
Melano series of fats are called cocoa butter replacers (CBR) and they are made from specially selected vegetable fat that undergo selective fractionation and hydrogenation processes.
Melano series show good compatibility with cocoa butter up to a limit of 20%. They do not require chocolate tempering plants and thus lower production costs can be realised.
