Palkerin series of fats are made from a blend of fully refined vegetable oils. They are suitable for a wide variety of applications such as milk fat replacer in ice-cream production, compound coating, toffee, caramel, biscuit, nougat and bakery filling.

Palkerin series can also be used to produce non-dairy coffee creamer and whitener.
