Palmiso Series

PALMISO series is a fully refined and hydrogenated vegetable fat of non- lauric origin. It is bland in taste and flavour.

PALMISO series are designed to provide a strong resistance to oxidation so that it can be used in a comprehensive range of products such as soup, bouillon cubes, coffee creamer and powdered instant hot drinks.

Since the raw material used in its production is non-lauric in nature, there should be no fear of soapy taste from hydrolysis because its free fatty acids are of the C16 and C18 type.
